Fred Guerrera is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in the consumer electronics and manufacturing industries. With a tenure at Bose Corporation since 1995, Fred has advanced from a Sr. Plastics/Tooling Engineer to a Sr. Engineering Manager, overseeing global R&D and molded materials engineering, as well as managing engineering teams across multiple regions. Fred's expertise includes leading high-performance teams, managing budgets, and facilitating cross-functional collaboration in the development of innovative products. Previously, at BIC Corporation, Fred served as Molding Manager for the RoundStick® Pen Division and as a Design & Manufacturing Engineer, contributing to the success of multiple product lines. Fred holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on Machine Design from the Bridgeport Engineering Institute at Fairfield University.
