Cezan Hoyle

Cezan Hoyle has a diverse background in human resources and recruitment, beginning with an internship at Start People from August 2012 to June 2014, transitioning to various roles including a recruitment intern at Motion10 and HR intern at Glencore Agriculture BV. Cezan served as Events Commissioner for Studievereniging HR Connected and held the position of Human Resources Officer at HR Abonnement®. Since August 2021, Cezan has been working as an HR Happiness Advisor at BOSKA. Additionally, involvement in academia includes being a committee member for HRM education at Hogeschool Rotterdam.
