Mark Santin

Mark Santin, CPA, serves as the Chief Financial Officer at TRGC since October 2022 and has been a Consultant/Advisor at Boson Protocol since March 2021. In April 2017, Mark founded Mark Santin CPA inc. as President and provided consulting services in Transaction Advisory Services and Mergers & Acquisitions at Triton Advisory Services until December 2022. Mark held the position of Vice President in the Food Industry from October 2015 to February 2017 and worked at Raymond Chabot Grant Thornton from September 2010 to June 2015 in roles including Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions/Business Valuations and Senior Auditor in Assurance.
