Eric Smith has over a decade of experience in the energy and utility sector. Eric has held various executive positions, such as Vice President of Business Development and Utility Strategies at Boss Controls and Executive Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Zome Energy Networks. Eric's expertise lies in grid modernization, integration of new technologies, and developing utility partnership strategies. Eric founded Esmit21 LLC, an outsourced services firm that provides executive leadership to technology companies in the energy sector. Prior to this, Eric held leadership roles at Navigant, Wipro Technologies, and The Structure Group, where they played a key role in growing smart grid practices and revenue.

Eric Smith attended Temple University from 1977 to 1981, where they obtained a BBA in Marketing. Eric later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Temple University from 1982 to 1983.
