Ryan Buchert

Ryan Buchert has extensive work experience in the technology industry. Ryan co-founded BOSS.Tech in 2022 and currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer. Prior to that, they co-founded and led STRATIS IoT from 2013 to 2022, where they developed an intelligent building solution for multifamily and student housing. STRATIS achieved significant growth and recognition during their tenure, including being named a Top Ten "Best Company in America" by Entrepreneur Magazine.

Before STRATIS IoT, Ryan co-founded BuLogics in 2003, where they played a key role in building the company's reputation in the wireless industry and developing wireless products for standards such as Z-Wave and ZigBee. Ryan remained with BuLogics until 2022.

Ryan's earlier experiences include co-founding Zonoff in 2011, working as a Senior Engineer at InterDigital Communications from 2000 to 2004, and serving as an Engineer at Unisys from 1998 to 2000. At InterDigital Communications, they contributed to the development of patents for 3G and 4G wireless deployments. At Unisys, they focused on ASIC design for the company's mainframe processor. Overall, Ryan's work experience highlights their expertise in technology development, wireless solutions, and leadership in the technology industry.

Ryan Buchert earned their high school diploma at Parkland High School from 1991 to 1994. Ryan then pursued higher education at Drexel University from 1994 to 1999, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering. Following that, they continued their education at Drexel University from 1999 to 2003, earning a Master of Science (MS) degree in Engineering.
