Eric Black

Eric Black is a seasoned leader in business transformation and procurement, currently serving as the Senior Business Transformation Leader at The Boston Beer Company since January 2018. In this role, Eric oversees critical projects that enhance the company's supply chain, including the SAP S/4 Hana implementation and EDI enablement for vendor shipping notifications. Prior to this, Eric held various leadership positions at Colgate-Palmolive, focusing on indirect procurement for North America and corporate spends, and at Pepperidge Farm, where valuable experience was gained in production planning and supply chain management. Eric’s extensive career in purchasing and materials management spans over three decades, beginning at Esselte Pendaflex Company, complemented by a Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Penn State University.
