Robert Lay

Robert Lay is a seasoned professional in enrollment analytics and management with extensive experience in higher education. Since September 2019, Robert has been working as a freelance consultant, specializing in enrollment analytics. Prior to that, Robert held multiple positions at Boston College from 1988 to the present, including Retired Dean for Enrollment Management, Dean for Enrollment Management, and Special Assistant to the Provost. Robert earned a Master's degree in Econometrics and Social Stratification from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and Psychology, with minors in Physics and Chemistry, from the University of Oklahoma. Early education was completed at Muskogee Central High School, culminating in a High School Diploma.
