Benjamin Schmidt

Benjamin Schmidt is an experienced service and production manager, currently serving as the Service Manager at Boston Dynamics since March 2023. Previously, Benjamin was a Value Stream Manager at Raytheon Missiles & Defense from May 2017 to March 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing the assembly of Patriot radar systems, directing cross-functional teams, and achieving significant revenue milestones. Benjamin also held roles at Raytheon as a Senior Supervisor in Manufacturing and a Production Control Specialist, where skills in process optimization, team leadership, and data analysis were demonstrated. Earlier experience includes engineering positions focused on HVAC systems at Engineered Solutions, project assistance at J.C. Cannistraro, and mechanical engineering at Bose Corporation.
