Joe Conway

Joe Conway is an accomplished program manager and business development professional with extensive experience in the defense industry, currently serving at Boston Engineering since January 2022. Conway's role with the US Navy since 2013 has involved significant responsibilities as a project officer, providing technical support and direction for Naval Shipyards and leading diverse teams in naval repair and modernization operations. In addition to technical expertise, Conway held leadership positions including commanding officer of the NR NAVSEA Engineering Unit and executive officer in Navy Diving and Salvage. As CEO of CERUS Group, a management and technical services company, Conway offers specialized consulting to both civilian and defense sectors. Educational background includes a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Florida and a Master's in Industrial/Human Factors Engineering from Wright State University.
