Lori Oconnor

Lori OConnor currently serves as the Director of Product Development and Sourcing at Boston Proper, a position held since November 2024. Prior experience includes serving as Sr. Director of Global Sourcing at VENUS Fashion Inc. from January 2020 to May 2024, where responsibilities encompassed developing a global supply chain strategy and managing sourcing processes. Additional roles include Director of Sourcing at Ascena Retail Group, Inc. Dressbarn, and Sr. Director of Product Development & Production at vineyard vines, where a strong focus was placed on vendor relationships, cost negotiations, and achieving financial objectives. Lori OConnor also contributed to significant sales growth and vertical production improvements at Maggie London and Ann Taylor, respectively.
