Amber Cornforth

Amber Cornforth is a seasoned professional in clinical evaluation and regulatory science with extensive experience in the medical device industry, currently serving as a Senior Clinical Evaluation Scientist at Boston Scientific since June 2021. In this role, Amber develops global evidence-based clinical strategies and creates various clinical documentation tailored to the standards and business needs in interventional cardiology. Prior to this, Amber worked as a Regulatory Scientist at RQM+, where the focus was on writing Clinical Evaluation Plans and Reports in compliance with MEDDEV 2.7/1 and EU MDR. Amber's career spans multiple roles in clinical evaluation and laboratory settings, including experience at Smiths Medical, TissX, WuXi AppTec, Beckman Coulter, 3M, and Land O'Lakes, beginning with qualifications from North Dakota State University, where a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology was obtained.
