Benjamin Nyquist

Benjamin Nyquist is currently the Senior Managing Patent Counsel at Boston Scientific, specializing in intellectual property related to medical devices. Benjamin began their legal career as a Law Clerk at Crompton, Seager, & Tufte LLC before becoming a Patent Attorney at Seager, Tufte & Wickhem LLC, where their focus was on patent application preparation and prosecution. From 2011 to 2013, Benjamin served as Patent Counsel I at Boston Scientific, overseeing patent portfolio development and client counseling. Benjamin earned a J.D. from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and holds a B.A. in Physics from Hamline University, as well as prior education in Electrical Engineering at the University of Minnesota.
