Jen Schultz

Jen Schultz is a Senior Regulatory Affairs Specialist at Boston Scientific, where they manage regulatory strategies for medical devices and support global product launches. With a diverse background in quality systems and regulatory affairs across the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, Jen possesses significant expertise in compliance with FDA regulations and ISO standards. They have previously held roles at Lifecore Biomedical, St. Jude Medical, and Hawkins, Inc., where they developed complaint handling systems and conducted audits. Jen earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology and Chemistry from Concordia College, completed a Six Sigma Green Belt certification at the University of St. Thomas, and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Regulatory Science from the same institution.
