Ruby Montgomery, M.Ed, is a Senior Manager of HCP Operations at Boston Scientific, where they oversee healthcare professional contracts, payments, grants, and cross-border engagements. With over 15 years of experience in the medical device industry, Ruby has a strong background in compliance, process improvement, and data management. They hold a Lean Sigma Black Belt certification and have successfully driven operational excellence through various cost-saving initiatives. Ruby is currently pursuing a BS in Psychology at St. Cloud State University and an M.Ed. in Human Resource Development at the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities.
