Xiaoling Han

Xiaoling Han is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the automotive and autonomous driving sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Hardware at Bot Auto since January 2024, Xiaoling previously held key leadership roles at TuSimple, where responsibilities included developing a redundant by-wire control system for L4 autonomous driving trucks and leading a sensor team for comprehensive sensor system solutions. At Yutong Bus, as Senior EE Manager, Xiaoling effectively managed an R&D team and implemented CMMI and TS16949 quality standards. Earlier experience includes serving as Technical Director at HiRain Technologies, overseeing a team focused on powertrain and chassis systems, and as an Engine Control Engineer at UAES, where significant contributions to Euro-IV projects were made. Xiaoling's educational background includes an MBA in Technical Management from UC San Diego and two advanced degrees in Automotive Engineering from Tsinghua University.
