Dave Harper

Dave Harper has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Dave is currently a Co-Founder at Botanic Tonics, a role they took on in January 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Creative Strategy Lead & Partner at GacLife starting in November 2019. In December 2019, they became the Owner of Blueys Kitchen. Dave has also held the position of Partner at The Waterfront Venice since August 2017, where they strive to create a beach club atmosphere through good food and drinks. In addition, they worked as a Principal at Bower Hospitality starting in June 2017. Dave Harper has also established their own ventures, including Daily Botanic (Founder in August 2018) and BuenoRoasters (Owner from December 2019 to November 2021). Dave had a four-year ownership of Bondi Harvest Cafe from December 2015 to December 2019. In terms of consulting roles, they worked as a Chief Strategy Officer at Ojai Energetics CBD from June 2017 to February 2018. Before that, they held the position of Head of USA at Vittoria Coffee from December 2013 to July 2017.

From 2001 to 2005, Dave Harper attended the Australian Catholic University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business degree with a major in Marketing.
