Charlène Berly

Charlène Berly is currently the Responsable paie siège et Adjointe SIRH at Botanic, where they oversee payroll for multiple companies and lead projects related to human resource management. Previously, Charlène held various roles, including Gestionnaire paie et administration du personnel at Valeo, where they managed employee entries and exits, payroll processing, and supported both employees and managers. They have also contributed to training and organizational development in positions at Mobalpa and ST Dupont. Charlène earned a Master’s degree in Manager des relations sociales en entreprise from Ecoris and has developed strong expertise in personnel management and human resource systems.
