Halil SEVİMLİ is an experienced maritime professional with a strong background in maritime affairs management and marine services. Since March 2011, Halil SEVİMLİ has held the position of Başuzman at BOTAŞ, where responsibilities include overseeing maritime affairs. Previous roles at BOTAŞ encompass Denizcilik Hizmetleri Müdürü, focusing on towage, pilotage, and marine terminal services, as well as Liman İşletmeciliği Birim Başmühendisi and Deniz Vasıtaları Bakım Onarım Mühendisi. Prior to BOTAŞ, Halil SEVİMLİ worked as a Proje Mühendisi at Mengi Yay Yachts from September 2007 to May 2010, contributing to the construction of a 41-meter schooner yacht. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering from the University of Strathclyde and a degree in Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering from Yıldız Teknik Üniversitesi, complemented by a degree in Statistics from Gazi University.
