Lorhan Caproni has over 10 years of experience in the tech and business sectors. From 2018 to present, Lorhan has been the Co-Founder of BotCity (YC W22), a computer-vision automation platform for tech teams. From 2017 to present, Lorhan has been a Board Member of the Global Pro Bono Network, an organization that supports civic engagement that brings meaningful and transformative change to communities. From 2016 to present, Lorhan has been a Responsible Leader for the BMW Foundation Herbert Quandt, a global network of individuals who advocate for a more social and environmentally-friendly approach within their organizations. From 2015 to present, Lorhan has been the Cofounder of Phomenta, a social business focused on bringing education on management and innovation for nonprofits. From 2013 to 2015, Lorhan was a Business Developer for Geekie, where they were responsible for developing sales strategies and capturing resources. From 2011 to 2013, Lorhan was a Partner for Grafix Brasil, a global reference in ink fixing systems.

Lorhan Caproni has a diverse educational history. They attended Y Combinator in 2022, where they completed the Batch W22 program. In 2019, they completed a Curso de Curta Duração in Gestão Econômico-Financeira at Fundação Dom Cabral. In 2010-2011, they earned an Especialista in Administração de Empresas from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas. Between 2006 and 2009, they earned a Bacharel in Ciências Biológicas from Universidade Estadual de Campinas. In addition, they obtained a BotCity Python RPA Basics certification from BotCity in November of 2022.
