Mike Connolly

Mike Connolly has extensive experience in sales and customer success, most notably serving as Senior Vice President at EverQuote and Vice President of Sales and Service at CarGurus, where revenue grew from $60M to $380M under direct management. Currently, Mike is a Limited Partner at Stage 2 Capital Catalyst, supporting early-stage B2B software companies, while also leading initiatives as Founder and CEO of Pay Forward Coaching, providing free career services. Additional roles include advising K9Wear, serving as Interim CRO at CarOffer, and acting as Head of Customer Success at Botdoc. Mike holds a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Tufts University.
