Both Brains is a managed IT services company supporting businesses across New Zealand, Australia, and beyond.

We work with organisations who want their IT to just work. No jargon, no drama, and no being made to feel silly for asking questions.

Our role is simple:
• Keep your people productive and secure
• Reduce risk and downtime
• Make technology easier to use
• Support growth without unnecessary complexity

We take a partnership approach. That means we spend time understanding your business, your people, and what good actually looks like for you. Then we design IT around that.

You’ll see us most often working with businesses that:
• Are growing and need scalable systems
• Care about their people and customer experience
• Want long‑term advice, not quick fixes
• Value straight talking and practical outcomes

Alongside client work, we’re actively involved in the NZ tech community. We support mentoring, local events, and initiatives that help make tech more inclusive and more human.

If you’re looking for an IT partner who feels like part of your team, you’re in the right place.
