Both Hands is a build studio for the AI era. We help companies bring AI into hybrid teams, so the technology and the people who do the work move as one.

Most AI projects die in the gap between the people who build the tool and the people who do the job. That gap is where we work. We bring both sides to one table — the technology and the operations — and treat them as a single problem instead of something handed back and forth.

AI is built into everything we do. It's how we build the tools, so the work ships faster and cheaper than it did yesterday. Then we help your people actually use those tools, with training and ongoing support, so they get sharper at the job they came to do. The best AI gives people more reach, not a smaller seat at the table.

How it starts: an honest conversation. You talk to the principals who build and run the work, every time — small enough to move fast, serious enough to deliver. We ask a lot of questions (most of the value is here, and it's free), give you a straight read on whether AI is even the right answer, build the tool and the team fluency as one problem, and stay with you so it keeps working long after we deliver. Your team owns it.

We build for ourselves first. The tools we make to run our own work become the tools we build with — like CortexMind, a persistent memory layer for AI agents, and Wspr, a private on-device dictation app.

Both Hands is Nathanael Hollands and Mathieu-Philippe Bourgeois. Nat is the operator, having built and run operations in some of the world's hardest places, from the DRC to Haiti, and co-founding a food systems company in Rwanda. Mat is the builder, an AI engineer and full-stack architect who turns the messy reality of a business into systems that are quietly, reliably useful. One reads the ground, the other reads the machine. Together they close the gap between the people who build the tool and the people who do the job.

AI for human thriving.
