Charley Hackerson

Charley Hackerson currently serves as Chief Revenue Officer at Botify, a position held since January 2023. In addition, Charley is the Founder of It's About Time, a coalition aimed at assisting tech employers in the Minneapolis area with finding qualified diverse candidates, and Train Station LLC. Previously, Charley held the role of Global Chief Sales Officer at Siteimprove and Senior Vice President of Sales at SPS Commerce, where Charley achieved significant growth by expanding the sales team from 0 to 230 members and generating 90% of the company's revenue. Earlier career experience includes roles at Kana Communications, Hewitt Associates, Information Advantage, and Andersen Consulting. Charley holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Minnesota.
