Joe McDonald

Joe McDonald is an experienced leader in customer success and professional services, currently serving as the Director of Strategic Customer Success at Botify since February 2020. In this role, Joe heads a team of strategic client managers to ensure effective product adoption and ongoing support for key accounts. Previous positions at Botify include Enterprise Customer Success Manager, where Joe focused on client partnerships for product adoption and account growth, and Client Delivery Manager, responsible for onboarding and implementation of the Botify Platform. Prior to Botify, Joe held various roles at Objectif Lune from March 2011 to January 2020, including Professional Services Manager and Inside Sales Manager, managing customer relationships and project delivery. Joe began the professional journey at The Printer Source, Inc. as a Business Development Coordinator. Joe holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the Smeal College of Business at Penn State University.
