Botley Community Land Trust is registered as a community benefit society number 9072 with the Financial Conduct Authority

This land trust has been established with the prime purpose of building the proposed Botley Fields Development. With the profits generated over time being returned back to the community of Botley.   Zero carbon, high quality homes that are accessible to the community.  

A new sustainable development that will deliver comfy, climate resilient net zero carbon homes.  Alongwith new allotments, a re-invigorated community orchard and meeting space in the old farmhouse.
