Currently serving as Head of Operations and Head of Large Customer Sales at Botmaker since January 2021, Bruno previously held multiple leadership roles at Wavy Global - Movile Group, where responsibilities included driving revenue, developing customer service solutions, and enhancing communication strategies through advanced technologies. At Telefônica Brasil, Bruno specialized in IoT and machine-to-machine business development, focusing on high-value projects for major corporate clients. Bruno began a career in marketing with internships at XP Investimentos and Telefônica Brasil, complementing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
