Erick Buzzi

Erick Buzzi is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales and customer experience management, having held leadership roles at notable companies including SAP, Oracle, and Salesforce. Previously serving as Vice President of Sales at SAP Customer Experience in Brazil, they were responsible for the Customer Experience business unit's strategy and market implementation. At Salesforce, they played a crucial role in launching Commerce Cloud across Latin America, while also contributing to the success of various teams at Oracle and VTEX. Currently, Erick serves as an Executive Advisor at Pagaleve and Botmaker, as well as an Independent Board Member at AVANTI. They hold a Program for Leadership Development certificate from Harvard Business School.
