D (Deeps) (He / Him)

D (Deeps) has been working in the technology industry since 1996, beginning their career as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at C-DOT. D (Deeps) then moved to Daewoo Telecom Ltd. as a Research Engineer, followed by roles at Flextronics Software System and teleSys Software as a Technical Leader and Project Leader/Project Manager, respectively. In 2001, they joined Huawei Technologies as a Technical Leader, and was part of the team that achieved Level 5 Certification and Blue Stamp Certification.

In 2004, they worked at Kodiak Networks (later acquired by Motorola) as Director of Solutions Architecture, Fast Features, and Customer Operations. D (Deeps) then moved to IntelliNet Technologies as a Technology Consultant in 2011, followed by roles as Co-founder and CEO of Offergrid Networks Private Limited and Co-Founder & Hustler CEO of ClearTrust (formerly known as Botman) in 2020.

D (Deeps) has a comprehensive education history. D (Deeps) began their educational journey in 1975 at Sheiling House School, where they completed their schooling in 1986. D (Deeps) then attended B.N.S.D in 1986-1988 and obtained an Intermediate (+2) in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Next, D attended Christ Church College from 1988-1993 and obtained a B.Sc & M.Sc in Solid State Physics. In 1995, they attended Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur for a Summer Training. In 1993-1996, they attended Madan Mohan Malaviya University of Technology and obtained an M.C.A in Computer Science. In 2010, they attended Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad for a PoI Workshop - 2010 in Entrepreneur Workshop (Residential). Additionally, D has two certifications: a Data Visualization for Marketers certification from LinkedIn obtained in April 2020 and a Certificate Course in Leadership and Management certification from IIM - Lucknow obtained in June 2001.
