Andy's early career included positions at Team Lotus F1 and Tyrrell Racing Organisation, where they honed their mechanical skills, starting as an apprentice and eventually becoming a Race Team Mechanic. Their management experience spans several years, culminating in a senior role at Renault Sport Racing, where they successfully oversaw multiple assembly areas.
