Lou Robinson is an engineering leader and sociotechnical expert with over a decade of experience in QA, Software Engineering, and DevEx. They have held notable positions such as Head of QA at Filament AI and QA and DevOps Lead at Ground Control. Currently, Lou serves as the Software Engineering Manager at Dexory, where they lead the Perception and Platform teams. They are known for their exceptional people management skills and a keen ability to foster high-performing teams. Lou continues to pursue a degree in Software Development at Eastleigh College.
