Sonali Adity

Sonali Adity is an HR Generalist and People & Culture Partner, currently serving as the HR and Operations Lead at Botsync since 2025. A graduate of Patna Women's College with a BA in Sociology, Sonali has cultivated strong expertise in all aspects of HR, including employee engagement, payroll administration, and compliance. Sonali's previous roles include positions at Kommunicate as a Senior HR Administrator and as a Human Resources Executive at LocalRamu. With additional training in HR analytics from the Indian Institute of Management and hands-on experience in financial management, Sonali is eager to further explore opportunities in the Human Resources field.
