Founded in 1953, The Botting Group is a leader in mechanical construction throughout Western Canada. Our experienced management team is skilled at identifying the most technically advanced construction methods available for completing projects on time and within budget. With the experience and dedication of our employees, the Botting Group has been able to offer unsurpassed contracting services to our clients. The markets we serve include commercial, institutional, industrial and multi-unit residential projects.

The project delivery methods utilized by the Botting Group are as follows:
Design Build
Construction Management
Stipulated Sum Contracts

Design Build
The design build system is a creative approach that enables the Botting Group to get a thorough understanding of our client's needs and interests. Under this process the owner provides the team a program outlining the building concept and each member then submits an all-inclusive price for the design and construction of the facility; that will meet or exceed our client's scope of work.

Construction Management
This methodology is based on a partnering approach throughout the construction process. Construction management is a collaborative approach that involves the owner, contractors, design professionals and other user groups. The ultimate objective is to ensure the project is completed in the shortest time and within budget.

Stipulated Sum Contracts
Our team of professionals is very experienced in completing both large and small projects under this format. Our relationships throughout the industry with subtrades and suppliers gives us an edge in providing competitive pricing in the current marketplace. These alliances will help us deliver a finished project on time, within budget and in compliance with the design specifications.
