David Newman has extensive experience in the restaurant management field, currently serving as General Manager at Bottleneck Management since March 2021, following a role as Assistant General Manager. Prior to this, David held the Assistant General Manager position at both 3 - Restaurant and Blue on Highland, where notable contributions included assisting in the reopening of Blue on Highland after the Covid-19 shutdown. David's experience also includes serving as Assistant Manager at Tavern in the Square Management Company, as well as General Manager roles at Classic Restaurant Concepts and Sip & Sail Tavern. David's educational background includes studies at Hartwick College from 2005 to 2008.
