Mark is formerly the CEO of BarFly Ventures (parent company to HopCat). Prior to his time at Bottleneck Management, Mark was a Director of Operations for Yard House Restaurant and has worked in the restaurant industry for over 24 years.
He began his career at On The Border as an executive kitchen manager for three years, before moving to Chili’s as a General Manager and Managing Partner for four years. Mark joined Yard House in 2005 and was there for nine years, serving as a General Manager, Regional Manager, and Director of Operations primarily in the Southeast Region overseeing multiple units. Mark has opened over 30 restaurants in his career.
