Jim Jessee

Jim Jessee is an independent trustee at SSGA Select Sector SPDR Trust and currently serves as chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee. They have extensive leadership experience in financial distribution, having been co-head of global distribution at MFS Investment Management, where they drove annual sales of $85 billion and managed numerous direct and indirect reports. Jessee was also a member of the Board of Directors at Waddell & Reed and the Board of Governors for the Investment Company Institute. Their educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Richmond.
