Michael Dober

Michael Dober is a skilled program manager and communicator currently serving as a College Success Advisor at Bottom Line and an Advisory Board Member for Summits Education. With over nine years of experience in youth-based organizations, they have focused on youth development, post-secondary readiness, and workforce development. Most recently, Dober held the position of College, Career, and Alumni Coordinator at METCO Headquarters, where they secured significant grant funding and developed strategic partnerships to enhance student accessibility to education and job opportunities. Dober earned a B.A., cum laude, in Political Science and Cognitive Studies from Tulane University and remains dedicated to promoting economic accessibility.
