Boudin
Doug Abbott is an experienced multi-unit operator with a robust background in management across various companies in the food industry. Currently serving as District Manager at Boudin since September 2023, Doug previously held the same position at Amy's Drive Thru from June 2021 to August 2023. Prior to that, Doug was the General Manager at Shake Shack from May 2020 to June 2021, and before that, Doug was the Director of Operations at Boudin from January 2007 to September 2019.

In 1849, Isidore Boudin combined his skill of French bread baking with fermented wild yeast nurtured by the fog-cooled air.
