Dave Webster

Dave Webster, P.E., is an experienced engineering manager currently serving as the County Engineer at Boulder County Public Works. They have a robust background in municipal and county government, having previously worked as an Engineering Project Manager and a Civil Engineer at the City of Louisville. With skills in project management, land development, water resources, and transportation engineering, they have overseen significant capital improvement projects and managed engineering staff. Dave holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines, which they completed in 1994.
