Heather Crate serves as the Community Health Division Manager and OASOS Program Coordinator at Boulder County since February 2012, focusing on prevention strategies and support for the LGBTIQ youth population. With experience as a therapist at Heather Crate PLLC from February 2019 to August 2022, provided therapeutic support for children navigating gender issues.
