Jesse Birchard

Jesse Birchard is an experienced professional in the field of recording and document management, currently serving as the Recording Supervisor for Boulder County since December 2020. In this role, Jesse oversees a team of eight, focusing on recording and e-recording processes, data entry, document research, and legal comprehension for real estate and marriage records in Colorado. Prior to this position, Jesse worked as the Recording Administrative Technician in the Boulder County Clerk & Recorder’s Offices, and served as the Assistant Register of Deeds for Macon County Government, where responsibilities included training staff, office management, and handling vital records. Jesse began a career in customer service with roles including Office Assistant at The Closing Place and Customer Service Representative at Drake Software. Jesse holds a Certified Assistant Register of Deeds designation from the UNC School of Government and is a former Notary Public.
