Tabitha Vences

Tabitha Vences has a diverse range of work experience. In 2013, they worked as a Laboratory Assistant at OSF ST. FRANCIS MEDICAL CENTER, where they performed quality control of specimens and laboratory equipment. During their time there, they achieved a significant reduction in overall laboratory downtime. From 2017 to 2018, Tabitha worked as an Associate Mechanical Engineer at EASi, primarily focusing on technical writing for heavy-machinery repair. Tabitha also provided eCommerce engineering support for an Innovation & Technology Development Division (ITDD) project at EASi. In 2018, they joined Caterpillar Inc. as a Technical Writer - Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineer, where they prepared Standard Work documentation to improve workplace safety. Tabitha also worked as a Mechanical/Manufacturing Engineer from January 2021 to October 2021. Additionally, they worked as a Valet Attendant and Shuttle Driver at Fine Airport Parking from October 2021 to October 2022. Currently, Tabitha is employed as a Field Application Engineer at Boulder Imaging starting from October 2022.

Tabitha Vences pursued their education starting in 2010 at Illinois Central College, where they obtained an Associate's Degree. Their field of study during this time was Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies. Following this, they enrolled at Bradley University in 2013. Tabitha completed their Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, with a focus on Mechanical-Biomedical, in 2016.
