Jonathan Lev has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Jonathan started their career at Renewable Choice Energy in 2002 as a Regional Sales Manager, where they worked until 2003. From 2004 to 2006, they served as a Grassroots Marketing Consultant at the same company.
In 2004, Jonathan joined the Union for Reform Judaism as an Assistant Director at URJ Eisner Camp. During their time there until 2007, they recruited and developed staff, supervised camp programs, and managed marketing materials for URJ Eisner and Crane Lake Camps. Jonathan also built relationships with congregational clergy and lay leaders.
Jonathan then transitioned to a Special Event Director in Development role at URJ Eisner Camp from January to August 2008. In 2009, they became the Associate Director of URJ Eisner Camp, a position they held until November 2010.
Since November 2010, Jonathan has been working as the Executive Director for Boulder JCC.
Jonathan Lev began their education at the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1997, although no specific degree or field of study was provided. In 1998, they attended the University of Colorado Boulder, where they pursued a degree in Mathematics with a focus on Education and Holocaust Commemoration, graduating in 2001. In 2000, Jonathan briefly studied at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned. Later on, from 2007 to 2009, they attended New York University's Wagner School and obtained a Master of Public Administration (MPA) in Non-Profit Management and a Master of Arts (MA) in Jewish Studies.
