Jonathan Wright has over two decades of experience in education, currently serving as an English Language Arts Teacher at Boulder High within the Boulder Valley School District since 1997. With professional licenses in English Language Arts and Elementary Education, Jonathan initially taught third to fifth grades before transitioning to a role as Secondary English Language Arts District Coordinator, where responsibilities included coaching teachers, facilitating professional development, and guiding instructional strategies related to the PARCC assessment. Additionally, Jonathan has been a self-employed educator and professional developer since 2005, engaging in public speaking and conducting workshops on various educational topics. As a certified trainer with the Gurian Institute from 2008 to 2011, Jonathan trained teachers to address the diverse academic and emotional needs of students. Jonathan holds a Master of Arts in Information & Learning Technologies from the University of Colorado Denver and has a Colorado Professional Teaching Certification from the University of Colorado Boulder, alongside a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Pomona College.
