Dylan Johnson is a seasoned architect and entrepreneur with a strong focus on sustainable building materials. As the Founder and Managing Partner of RGM, LLC since September 2024, Dylan has been instrumental in relaunching the rice-straw MDF plant in Willows, CA, aiming to capitalize on opportunities for methane reduction. Dylan has served as a Design Architect and Managing Partner at Bouldering Project since May 2016, while also leading DJA Architects as Owner and Principal Architect since May 2010. Prior experience includes working as a Project Architect at Schacht Aslani Architects from October 2005 to June 2009. Dylan holds a BA in Architectural Studies with a minor in Mathematics from the University of Washington, completed in 2005.
