Travis Baker

Travis Baker serves as the VP of Talent Acquisition at Boulevard since August 2022, following a brief tenure as an Advisory Board Member at Intrro in 2023. Previously, Travis held multiple leadership roles at Zoom, including Global Head of Candidate Generation and Sourcing and Global Head of Technical Recruiting, where responsibilities included establishing a new technical recruiting practice and scaling the team significantly. Additional experience includes leading technical recruiting teams at NextRoll, Carta, Duo Security, Bazaarvoice, Kinnser Software, W6 Group, and Performance Friction. Travis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Entrepreneurship from Ball State University, obtained in 2007.
