Daryl Penny

Daryl Penny is a Partner at Boult Wade Tennant, where they focus on patent drafting, prosecution, and oppositions in the fields of physics, mechanical engineering, and medical devices. With over 20 years of experience, Daryl has represented clients before both the European Patent Office and the UK Intellectual Property Office, as well as handled high-value oppositions for multinational companies. Daryl has been involved in a variety of technical domains, including aerospace, medical devices, and imaging instrumentation. They completed their MPhys in Physics at the University of Oxford and began their career at Boult Wade Tennant in 2009, becoming a Partner in 2017.
