Lang Riddle

Lang Riddle is an accomplished logistics professional with extensive experience in strategic account management and sales leadership. Currently serving as the VP of Strategic Accounts at Bounce Logistics since May 2023, Lang previously held the role of Vice President of Sales at Volume Logistics LLC, where monthly and quarterly accountability meetings were facilitated to enhance alignment and performance across teams. Lang played a key role in establishing C.L. Services Transport as VP and General Manager, overseeing all aspects of operations, and has also contributed as Vice President of Sales at C.L. Services, Inc., where team development and coaching were prioritized. As EVP/Principal at Foundation Xpress, LLC, Lang focused on developing strategic partnerships for capital growth, while co-founding Piedmont Logistics LLC, where business development and recruitment were key responsibilities. Lang holds a BS in Industrial and Organizational Psychology/Management from Old Dominion University.
