Avi Douglen

Avi Douglen is an experienced security expert who has worked in various roles throughout their career. Avi is the founder and CEO of Bounce Security, a security consulting agency that focuses on efficient software security for technology companies and software developers. Avi is also actively involved with the OWASP Foundation, where they have served as the Vice Chair of the Global Board of Directors and as the Chapter Leader and Chairman of OWASP Israel. Additionally, they have held positions as a Board Member and Vice-Chair of the Chapters Committee for OWASP Israel. Avi has served as an advisor for companies such as Labs/02, Aiya Corp, and Appsec360. Avi is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and provides security training for banks and software companies. Avi has worked as a lecturer, security consultant, and Security Research Manager. Avi also supported the Gvahim National Cyber Program as a Cyber Lecturer and Mentor, where they taught programming, network security, and general security principles to high school students.

Avi Douglen earned a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University, where they studied from 1997 to 2002. In addition to their degree, they obtained a certification in CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) from (ISC)^2 in 2006.
