Vincent Cano

Vincent Cano is the current head of people at Bound and has been in this role since January 2022. Prior to this, they were the district judge for the Ministry of Justice from January 2019 to December 2021. From January 2011 to December 2018, they were the chief people officer for Groupe Baobab where they defined and led all HR practices for a fast-growing organization. Vincent has also coached, consulted, and accompanied HRM and top managers as a senior HRPB in Western Africa, Madagascar, and China.
