David Alcalde

David Alcalde has extensive work experience in the engineering field. David is currently working as a Senior Mechanical Engineer at bound4blue since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at QuEST Global as a Senior Lead Engineer from October 2017 to July 2021. Before that, they were a Product Engineer at Flowserve Corporation from May 2015 to October 2017. David also has a long history with Alstom Hydro, where they worked as a Main Project Designer from March 2007 to May 2015 and as a Design Engineer from January 2011 to June 2011.

David Alcalde attended Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya from 2002 to 2006, where they earned a degree in Ingeniero Técnica Industrial Mecánica with a specialization in Mecánica. Later, from 2010 to 2012, they pursued a program at UNED focused on the theoretical and practical application of the finite element method and CAE simulation. The field of study for this second program is not specified.
